  • If your package has not been delivered within 30 business days of shipment, you are eligible to receive a complete refund.

Once Your Order Has Been Shipped

Once your items have been dispatched, the order cannot be dropped. If you intend to cancel post-dispatch, please let delivery happen first, and then ship the parcel back under our 30-day return guidelines. We are unable to cover return shipping costs.

Special Delivery Instructions

If your address demands specific descriptions (gate codes, unit numbers, complex layouts), please provide this at checkout. Incomplete records might spark delivery delays. If a courier run drops out, please establish contact with your area's logistics hub promptly.
