1. Returns for Unwanted Items

We provide a 30-day return period starting from the date your package is delivered.

Reach out to our customer care team for confirmation and guidelines before sending anything back.

Products must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging.

Return shipping fees for unwanted goods remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Cancelled Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of completion, provided it has not been dispatched yet.

Once a package enters the delivery network, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a delivery is rejected at your door, a refund cannot be granted as the courier will discard the item.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged or wrong. We might request photographic or video verification.

Following validation, we will arrange a complete refund or a replacement item.
4. Exchanges

To submit an exchange request, please email our support team with “EXCHANGE” written in the subject line.

All exchange requests must be filed within 30 days of receiving the product.
5. Refunds

As soon as we get and verify your return item, we will issue your refund back to your initial payment method. This process generally takes 3–5 business days.
6. Parcels Returned to Sender

If a package is sent back due to an invalid address or lack of collection, it will be discarded by the logistics company and no refund or re-shipment will be provided.
7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If you suspect your shipment is lost or stolen, please notify our help desk so we can initiate an official check with our shipping partners.
8. Shipping Delays

Should your package fail to arrive within 30 business days from dispatch, you are fully eligible for a total refund.
